GLOVO ADVERTISEMENT

Challenge: For this project, my team and I were tasked with creating a 20-second advertisement for Glovo, the Spanish delivery platform. We handled the entire production process from start to finish — from concept development and scripting in pre-production, through filming and direction, to editing and post-production finishing. One of the highlights was composing and recording an original jingle for the ad, which added a layer of brand personality we were really proud of. The project pushed us to think like creatives and strategists at the same time, translating a brand's identity into something compelling in under half a minute.

Creation:For the concept, we built our ad around a relatable couple's storyline. Maria forgets her anniversary with Alvaro, setting off a petty but playful back-and-forth where the two communicate entirely through Glovo deliveries: passive-aggressive gifts, pointed notes, and escalating orders. Alvaro finally breaks the tension by sending flowers with a note, and they make up. The delivery rider ties it all together, the unlikely hero of the reconciliation. It was a fun way to show the product in action without making the ad feel like an ad, grounding Glovo's utility in an everyday, emotionally resonant moment.
